If you're looking for some simple recipes, these are some of my favorites! Their quick, low cal and easy to make. I LOVE pita (pocket) bread but I'm not liking the prices lately in the stores plus they are selling you 5 instead of 6 now. Sneaky tards LOL! Plus you can stuff the falafel in the pita and have a great sammich lol!

These video clips from About.com are very easy to follow and the ingredients aren't weird affraid

I love the Tabouli salad and you get to have your grains and veggies at the same time !!
